Acai Berry, Natures Superfood

I am planning to go the acai berry diet…before that i wanted to know if somebody has used it and found it effective???

I want to start taking acai berry supplements. But has anybody had any success taking them? I read that it increases your metabolism, and has tons of antioxidants and vitamins in them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I do water aerobics 2-3 times a week. So I am getting some form of work out.
Plus where can you buy the actual berries? I do my grocery shopping at Winco… I dont know if they have acai berries there.

I want to no about the pills they sell at walmart they are 9.99 acai berry with vit.C Is this what I take for the diet.
So I bought Acaitrim 500mg a pill. Shpuls I take 4 a day. Will I still get same effect if it’walmart brand?

I’ve heard or read somewhere in the internet that Acai Berry diet pills can help you lost weight. I just wonder if this is true? Anyone here have taken this before? Do you think its work without side affect? Can you please share you experience. Thanks. If I work I would like to try it..I need to lose 4 pounds.
